REINVENTING THE ART OF BARREL TOASTING
The toasting process is the real moment of magic. This is when each barrel becomes a unique piece. La Fabrique Eric Millard has taken a new approach to toasting, offering customers a colour chart, rather than just the usual standards of arbitrary length. This, combined with just the right amount innovation, is all part of our unique approach.
A SMALLER, HUMAN-SIZE COOPERAGE
Unlike so many cooperages which seek to grow no matter what, we have deliberately chosen to manufacture on a small scale. Our aim is to offer a master craftsmanship of each and every barrel and provide each customer with a personalized service. Our credo is Trust, Respect and Customer Service.
