We work in close partnership with Bernard Gauthier in Ménetou-Salon and Hubert Benoît d'Azy (Tronçais forest), highly respected stave-wood makers and our partners.
We are committed to using wood exclusively from sustainably-managed and certified forests.
36 months drying
All our staves are dried and seasoned in the open air for 36 months to ensure optimal quality.
